“This book was designed and printed by James Trissel over the summer and fall of 1987. Its production was supported by a Benezet Summer Research Grant awarded by the Research and Development Board at Colorado College.
The paper is BFK Rives, 250 grams, and the type, ATF Garamond. The acrylic case was constructed by Regal Plastics and the box and accordion-fold binding was done at The Press.
